White-label WordPress · for agencies
I'm Sanjeev Singh, a senior WordPress developer building software since 2016, and I build for SEO and marketing agencies behind the scenes. Your client only ever sees your agency. Custom themes or Elementor and Divi builds, on your staging and your process, under an NDA. You get a fixed quote within 24 hours, so you can price your own proposal.

01The usual problem
You sold the website. Now your developer is busy, and the client wants a date.

02What you get
An NDA before the first call, no contact with your client unless you ask, and nothing that names me in the code or the admin.
24hours to a fixed quote
A written quote per project within 24 hours, so you can price your proposal and keep your margin.
A custom theme with simple fields, or an Elementor or Divi build, whichever your client’s team already knows.
Your staging, your Git, your project tool and your handover template. I fit into how your team already works.
Core Web Vitals checked on mobile, schema and redirects in place, so the site supports the SEO work you sold.
Small changes and fixes for your clients after launch, so you can offer care plans without hiring.
03What changes
More sites delivered, with no new hire.
04Overview
White-label WordPress development means an outside developer builds the site and your agency delivers it under your own name. Sanjeev Singh is a white-label WordPress developer for SEO, marketing and design agencies. He builds custom themes and Elementor or Divi sites behind the scenes, under an NDA, so your client only ever sees your agency. Every project starts with a fixed written quote within 24 hours, so you can price your own proposal and keep your margin.
Agencies use white-label developers when their own team is fully booked, when a project needs skills they don’t have in-house, or when hiring a full-time developer would cost too much between projects. The risk is quality and confidentiality, so the arrangement only works with clear rules: no contact with your client unless you ask, nothing in the code or admin that names the developer, and work delivered through your staging, your Git and your project tool.
Sanjeev builds the way your client will edit. For clients who want a site that lasts, he builds a custom theme with simple fields for every section. For clients whose team already knows a builder, he works in Elementor or Divi. He builds from Figma, Adobe XD or other design files, or designs the site himself when your designer is busy.
Every site is delivered ready for the SEO work your agency sold: Core Web Vitals checked on a phone, schema markup in place and 301 redirects for every old URL in a redesign. After launch, he can handle updates, fixes and small changes each month, so you can offer care plans without hiring.
His work includes Technest, an Elementor site rebuilt as a fast bilingual theme with 14 editable layouts, DataDrone, a B2B site with seven solution pages and 105 resources, and Syncglim, a WooCommerce catalog in ten languages. He has been building software since 2016 and is rated 5.0 on Fiverr across 23 reviews.
He works with agencies in the UK, the US, the UAE and Australia, and is online until 5:30 PM London time. For an accurate quote, send the designs or a sitemap, the builder or theme you want, any integrations, the languages and the deadline. Invoices go to your agency in US dollars, against milestones you approve on staging.

Sanjeev understood what our old website was missing and rebuilt it into a modern platform that represents Technest properly. He was responsive, handled feedback quickly and made the whole process easy for our team.
Sanjeev has been instrumental across several projects. He understands the vision from very little direction, then brings commitment, technical skill and original thinking to turn it into a finished product.
Great work!
Working with Sanjeev was a great experience.
Great job again.

Ask these before you hand any client to an outside developer, me included.
| Send | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Designs or a sitemap | The number of unique page templates drives most of the effort |
| Builder or custom theme | Changes how the site is built and how the client edits it |
| Integrations | CRM, forms, booking or WooCommerce each add time |
| Languages | Each language adds templates, testing and SEO setup |
| Deadline | So the timeline in the quote works for your client |
12How we work
A short call on goals, audience and what success looks like.
Scope, timeline and price agreed in writing before work starts.
Working pages shared early on a staging link, refined with your feedback.
Go-live, speed and SEO checks, then handover. You own the code, domain and accounts.
13Questions
I build the site, and your agency delivers it under your own name. Your client deals only with you, and nothing on the site or in the code mentions me.
No, unless you ask me to join a call. All communication goes through you, and I sign an NDA before we start.
Yes. I build from Figma, Adobe XD or any design file, or design the site myself if your team doesn’t have a designer free.
Whichever suits the client. A custom theme is faster and harder to break. A builder is better when the client’s team already knows it. I build both, so the advice doesn’t change what I sell you.
Anywhere from one to six weeks, depending on the project. The written quote gives the exact timeline, so you can promise your client a date.
I invoice your agency in US dollars against milestones agreed in the quote. You don’t pay for a stage until you’ve seen it on staging.
Your client does, through your agency. The code, domain, hosting and every login are set up in the names you choose.
