This site, sanjeevsingh.dev, is run by Sanjeev Singh, a freelance developer based in Lucknow, India. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Questions go to [email protected].
Contact form
When you send an enquiry, the form collects:
- your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
- the type of work you need, your budget range and your project details;
- your company name, if you choose to give it;
- the page you sent it from, the site that referred you and any ad-campaign tags in the link, so I know where enquiries come from.
The submission is emailed to me through Resend, an email delivery service, and Resend sends you a short confirmation email. To pre-select your country's dialling code, the form asks Cloudflare which country your connection comes from; that country code is not stored.
Booking a meeting
When you book a call, you give your name, email address and, if you like, a short note. The site uses the Google Calendar API on my own Google account to:
- read my calendar's busy times, so it can show you which slots are free;
- create a calendar event with a Google Meet link and send the invitation to your email address.
Your name and email are stored in that calendar event, in my Google account, and your booking details, including any note, are emailed to me through Resend. The site does not access your Google account.
Google API data
Sanjeev Singh Booking's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data received from Google APIs is used only to show free times and create bookings. It is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI or machine-learning models.
Analytics
The site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it and how ads perform. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Each provider handles that data under its own privacy policy:
The site also remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. That stays on your device.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. The booking form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to tell people from bots.
Selling and sharing
I do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with the services named on this page, and only to do the jobs described here.
How long data is kept
Enquiry emails and calendar events are kept for as long as they are needed for our work together. You can ask me to delete them at any time by writing to [email protected].
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected].
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
