These terms cover your use of sanjeevsingh.dev. The site is run by Sanjeev Singh, an independent developer based in India. It shows my work and lets you get in touch about projects. By using the site, you agree to these terms. How your data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
Using the site
Everything on the site, including the blog, is general information. Cost and timeline figures in blog posts are estimates to help you plan; they are not quotes. I try to keep the content accurate and up to date, but I can't guarantee it is complete or error-free, and the site is provided as it is.
Enquiries and booking a call
You can reach me through the contact form or by booking a call. When you book, you pick a free time, and the site creates a Google Calendar event with a Google Meet link and emails you the invitation.
- Booking a call is free and does not commit either of us to anything.
- Either of us can cancel or reschedule a call.
- Your use of Google Meet is covered by Google's Terms of Service.
Projects and paid work
These terms do not create a contract for services. Any paid work is covered by a separate written agreement or proposal that we both accept, or by Fiverr's terms when you order through my Fiverr profile.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content, code samples and designs on this site belong to Sanjeev Singh. Client project screenshots are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners. Please don't copy or reuse any of it without written permission.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and uses services run by others, such as Fiverr and Google. I am not responsible for their content, availability or terms; those are set by each provider.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
