A scope that fits your runway
We cut the idea down to the one journey that proves it works, and put everything else on a written list for later.
MVP development · for founders
I'm Sanjeev Singh, a full-stack developer building software since 2016. I architected CRUD Review from an empty repo to a live SaaS with a web app, an API and apps on the App Store and Google Play. I build the smallest version that proves your idea, on a stack that can grow. You get a fixed quote within 24 hours, and you own the code.

01The usual problem
You know what the product should do. Getting it built is where it stalls, and the runway keeps shrinking.

02What you get
We cut the idea down to the one journey that proves it works, and put everything else on a written list for later.
An API and database designed once, serving the web app, the mobile app and the admin, so nothing gets rebuilt when you grow.
Sign-up, login, the core workflow and an admin panel for you, running on your own domain.
One Flutter codebase for iOS and Android, published to both stores under your developer accounts.
4gateways on CRUD Review
Subscriptions, trials and one-off payments, through the app stores or on the web.
Analytics and events set up before launch, so your next decision comes from data, not guesses.
03What changes
A product real users can pay for, not a demo.
04Overview
An MVP, or minimum viable product, is the smallest version of a product that real users can sign up to and pay for. Sanjeev Singh is a full-stack developer who builds MVPs for founders, covering the web app, the API, the database and, when needed, a mobile app for iOS and Android. He has been building software since 2016, and every project starts with a fixed written quote within 24 hours.
MVP development usually includes four things. First, a scope: the one user journey that proves the idea, with everything else written down for later. Second, a backend: an API and database designed once to serve the web app, the mobile app and an admin panel. Third, the product itself, with sign-up, login, the core workflow and payments. Fourth, analytics on the key steps, so the next decision comes from data.
Sanjeev’s main proof is CRUD Review, a SaaS he architected from an empty repository and then led as a team of four to five people. It has a Node.js and PostgreSQL API, a Next.js web app and a Flutter app live on the App Store and Google Play, with subscriptions and a free trial through both stores. He also built Dominique Bakers, an online ordering system with delivery, pickup and dine-in, Razorpay payments and one admin panel, in Laravel and React.
The usual stack is Node.js or Laravel with PostgreSQL for the backend, Next.js or React for the web app, and Flutter for mobile. The choice depends on the product, and the reason is written in the quote. For most B2B tools, dashboards and marketplaces, a web app comes first because it launches faster and needs no store review. Mobile comes first when the product depends on the camera, notifications or daily use on the go.
Compared with no-code tools, a coded MVP can take real users and payments, belongs entirely to you and grows into version two without a rebuild. Compared with an agency, one developer owns the whole system from scope to launch.
He works with founders in the UAE, Australia, the US and the UK. You get an NDA if you want one, a contract that assigns all code to your company, and milestone payments in US dollars, each released after you have seen that stage working.
05Ways to work together
The launch feature list, the stack and the screens agreed in writing, with a fixed quote for the build.
Sign-up, the core workflow, payments and an admin panel, on Next.js or Laravel with PostgreSQL.
One Flutter app for iOS and Android, with its API, published to both stores.
Code someone else started, reviewed, fixed and finished, without starting from zero.

Sanjeev has been instrumental across several projects. He understands the vision from very little direction, then brings commitment, technical skill and original thinking to turn it into a finished product.
Sanjeev brought extraordinary technical knowledge to the project. He communicated professionally, shared clear updates, discussed every hurdle openly and always found a practical way forward. I was very happy working with him.
Great job again.
Working with Sanjeev was a great experience.

An MVP is the smallest product that proves people want it. These are the things founders most often build too early, and what to do instead.
| Web app first | Mobile app first | |
|---|---|---|
| Time to launch | Faster | Slower, plus store review |
| Updates | Instant | Store review for each release |
| Reach | Any device with a browser | Users who install it |
| Best for | B2B tools, dashboards, marketplaces | Daily habits, camera, location, notifications |

11How we work
A short call on goals, audience and what success looks like.
Scope, timeline and price agreed in writing before work starts.
Working pages shared early on a staging link, refined with your feedback.
Go-live, speed and SEO checks, then handover. You own the code, domain and accounts.
12Questions
It depends on the product. A focused web app MVP usually takes a few weeks, and adding a mobile app adds more. The written quote gives your exact timeline before any work starts, and you see a working build on a staging link along the way.
It depends on the number of screens, user roles, integrations and whether you need a mobile app. I send a fixed written quote within 24 hours of a short call, so the price is agreed before any work starts.
Usually a web app. It’s faster to build, needs no store review and works on every phone. Go mobile first when the product depends on the camera, notifications or being used daily on the go. My web app or mobile app guide covers this in detail.
Node.js or Laravel with PostgreSQL for the backend, Next.js or React for the web app, and Flutter for iOS and Android. I pick from these based on your product, not habit, and explain why in the quote.
Yes, before the first detailed call if you want one. The contract also assigns all code to your company once paid.
I invoice in US dollars, wherever you are, against milestones agreed in the quote. You don’t pay for a stage until you’ve seen it working.
You get the code, the documentation and every account. I stay available for fixes and the next round of features, on the same codebase.
